The first part of this presentation will explore the impact of caregiving on mental health and general wellbeing based on recent research. The second part will focus on how to improve caregiver self-care and wellbeing. The day was June 1, 1963. The first 3x5 index card in “The Little Gray Box” belongs to, Pauline Crume, otherwise known as Polly.
